What is PECC?
The Paint Every Car Challenge (PECC) is a community challenge where painters compete to be the first to create a paint for every car in iRacing. Points are awarded throughout the year, and at the end of each season, the painter with the most points wins!
How to Participate
- Create a paint for any iRacing car and upload it to TradingPaints.
- Your paint is automatically tracked once it's verified and public.
- Check the Standings page to see your progress and ranking.
Points System
First Claim

Bonus Events
Throughout the year, special bonus events offer additional points for painting specific cars or car types. Check the Bonus Events page for upcoming and active events.
Event First Claim Bonus
+5 to +20 points
Extra points for first claim during events
Event Participation Bonus
+5 to +10 points
Extra points for painting during events
Eligibility Rules
- Only public paints count. Your paint must be visible in the gallery.
- One first-claim per car per year. Once claimed, no one else can claim that car for the year.
- Points reset annually. A new challenge begins each year on January 1st.
- Legacy cars excluded. Cars marked as "Legacy" (no longer in the iRacing service) don't count toward the completion percentage, but will earn you claiming points.
Fair Play
- Paints must be original work or properly credited templates.
- Low-effort "claim" paints (e.g., just changing a color) may be disqualified.
- Admins reserve the right to adjust points or disqualify entries that violate community guidelines.
